  1. Before bedtime / evening routine: Apply 1-2 drops to your palms or the soles of your feet to help create a restful atmosphere.

  2. Relaxing bath: Add 2-3 drops to warm bathwater with Epsom salt for an even more soothing experience.

  3. Fabric spray / scented bed linen: Place 1 drop on your pillowcase, or make a spray with water + 5-10 drops of oil, then mist your bed linen before sleep — a gentle scent and calming atmosphere.

  4. Diffuser jewellery: Add one or two drops to a clay diffuser jewellery piece so you can enjoy the calming aroma anywhere.
